Before any sale/lease, the agreement must be read thoroughly and signed. Your agreement will be kept here so we have proof you signed and agreed to it incase we feel the horse has been put into the wrong hands, or we don't get the chance to buy the horse back if you decide to resell.

The turf track is a great track for training speed into a horse. It is a mile or eight furlongs long.

The dirt track is specifically for training stamina into our horses. It is a mile or eight furlongs long, and has a slight incline to increase power.

| THERAPUTiC HEATED POOL
This is the heated pool for training horses especially on days with bad weather.
Swimming is great exercise for a horse and places minimal stress on a horse's delicate legs. It is heated to keep the horse and its muscles warm.
